About us
Audit and Compliance Services provides services in three distinct yet related functions — audit and management services for the university and VCU Health, integrity and compliance for the university, and VCU Health compliance services.
Our website provides information about the services of our operational units: the university’s Integrity and Compliance Office, VCU Health Compliance Services, and Audit and Management Services. In addition, you will find information about the university’s Code of Conduct, the university policy library, how to report concerns, and a wide array of resources such as best practice guidance and frequently asked questions.
We report directly to the university’s Board of Visitors and VCU Health’s Board of Directors. The boards annually approve the Audit and Compliance Services Charter, which includes our authority, responsibility, scope of work and standards of practice.
